BOW-ASANAS

BREATHING EXERCISES

KRIYAS
These asanas are for cleansing of the sinuses, nostrils, eyes, excretory system and digestive system by simple means. Kriyas also benefit in strengthening the nerves, to sharpen the memory, and strengthen and purify the glands.

MEDITATION

RELAXATION
